Web Design
I design, maintain and repair websites and provide custom coding to suit your exact requirements. I also design, maintain, upgrade and otherwise consult on Content Management Systems such as WordPress, Joomla, vBulletin and Drupal; and online help/chat/interactive programs; and much, much more.
eCommerce is more than just selling something online. Your online presence should include newsletters, surveys and follow up eMails to keep in touch with your clientele and generate repeat sales. Whether you are a traditional “brick and mortar” business or are online only, your online presence is important.
Social Media has become the “water cooler” of the Internet. As such, your online “word of mouth” advertising begins there, but shouldn’t end there. I create and maintain your social media presence in all venues and continually monitor them. I can rapidly counteract any negative statements keeping your reputation intact.
I provide 24/7 support for all websites that I service. Chances are, I will discover problems before you (or your visitors) do! I have developed personal, professional relationships with all major webhosting providers over the years and also maintain my own hosting service and Content Delivery Network (CDN).
I have been “geeking” for over 50 years, so I am an expert in web development, server installation and maintenance, and all aspects of Information Technology. I have 2 doctorates in marketing-related disciplines, so I know how to effectively promote you, your company, or your products or services and showcase them in a user-friendly way.
My services are completely cost-effective and totally affordable. It is my belief that an effective online presence shouldn’t cost you an “arm and a leg,” but should be developed within your financial constraints using a “modular” approach which will allow you to grow your web experience incrementally as your budget allows.
